is a professional company of services aimed at the design of telecommunications infrastructures and systems, technical consultancy for the development of merger & acquisition opportunities for telecommunications and renewable energy plants, management of the “PMO” service contract (project management office).

In the mobile and fixed telecommunications sector, AON has implemented a team of professionals who work on the basis of an operating process dedicated to the context of the “Merger & Acquisition”; specifically, the team is looking for technological assets to be purchased for its Customers, where long-term returns are “guaranteed” for an initial investment.

To make this happen, AON independently, but based on technical specifications shared with the customer, researches, identifies, contracts, technically supports in carrying out the “due diligence” and finally accompanies the Customer to the notarial deed for the purchase and / or the long-term agreement of real estate and technological infrastructure.

Also, in the renewable energy sector, AON offers its customers a professional organization and an operational process for the development of photovoltaic systems on land and solar panels. On the basis of specifications shared with the customer, research sites suitable for the purpose, they contract for multi-year enjoyment, we plan to obtain permits to build photovoltaic systems.

AON was born at the end of 2011 and began operating in professional cost management oriented services for TELCO customers who wanted to reduce the cost of rents for the SRB Radio Base Stations.

In 2013 AON expands its professional services to the design, construction supervision and testing of infrastructures and SRB, in addition to document due diligence activities for mobile and fixed telecommunication operators.

In the following years, AON expands the staff and specialist skills of its professionals and with them the services performed up to consolidating its presence in the market and spreading its professional action with a large customer portfolio.
